Nope! If you can count to 8 (mostly in the right order), you’re good to go. Our Absolute Basics class is made for total newbies — we take our time, laugh a lot, and celebrate every small win.
-
Whatever you feel comfy moving in. Leggings, shorts, your favourite T-shirt… it’s all good. Just avoid anything that requires readjusting every two minutes — we’re too busy dancing for that.
-
Not on day one. Anything with a bit of slide works fine. Once you fall in love with line dancing (and you will), we can help you choose shoes that’ll make turning and gliding a breeze.
-
Just rock on in. No booking, no fuss. If it’s your first class, come a few minutes early so we can say hi and get you settled.
-
Our Absolute Beginners on a Friday is 30 minutes. The Main Class runs for an hour — enough time to strut, laugh, and maybe even remember a dance from last week.
-
A bit of everything with a great beat — country favourites, fun pop tunes, old-school bangers… if it makes us smile, we dance to it.
